Amazing addon and incredible service. Creator helped me out and sent me materials via google drive to save on slow addon download speeds. Guys please speak to Andrew directly via his website before letting slow material download speeds affect your rating.

Very helpful and great communication. 10/10 developer!

This registering process is annoying I liked the old version was quickI should have saved it somewhere. I love the addon but this registering thing could have been simpler and I still haven't managed to use the system as I could not manage to install the new version yet

Downloading the textures took a long time, and the node tree is super heavy and very hard to edit. The only addon that i'm scared to press the "update" button, it might just download forever again.... but the textures are pretty good.

Hello, Thanks for this feedback. From the new Extreme PBR Nexus 4.0.130 you can use a simpler node tree if you wish, Just go to OPTIONS --> Material Type --> Simple PBR and add your materials. This allows you to create a node tree that is much easier to handle. I always suggest you contact me if you have any doubts, I often answer these kinds of questions.

Great addon, allows for a much quicker workflows and better prototyping by easily being able to switch material. The range of textures is great, and the ability to own our own custom material and save it for future project is perfect. No need to look through files for 20 minutes.
    I definitely recommend the addon

Great plugin - just used to be.
It has a lot of great texture maps that can be set with one click, and I used to be able to easily add textures to my models with a click.
But when developers stubbornly move files from BlenderMarket to their platform, I only suffer. I live in China and need to verify a license with a VPN - then I need to turn off the VPN and suffer from poor download speeds - over and over again failing downloads.
I used to spend half the morning downloading the zip file (without affecting my other work) and enjoy the magic of PBR in the afternoon. But now I have to sit in front of my computer late at night and switch between different VPN channels to verify (because it takes at least an entire night to download a 2K file).
This reminds me of a lot of games on Steam - where developers come up with their own launchers on Steam in order to push their own platform - and then everything becomes so unusable and laggy that people have to Find ways to bypass their launcher.
I'm paying for convenience, if I have to live with x kb/s download speeds, why don't I open up Steam-Substance painter and throw in a shader?

    I am expecting a change:
    1. Simultaneous license increases to 2 computers;
    2. Provide a zip download backup option in Blender Market or elsewhere - you provide the [library management] function, but I can only watch it in a daze (original this process should be able to [download zip-unzip-select path] isn't it?)

*Don't say "that's 183G so we had to use our own server", then you can also offer basic, 1K or 2K downloads from the Blender Market for creators who need to work fast.

Insane amount of material and tweaking options. A bit annoying the one-pc-only licence and the textures option (1k,2k,4k,8k) makes download pretty heavy and slow. But very useful and well-packed addon at the end of the day.

This is the best add on ever for materials. Thanks for creating it!

Highly recommend it, I have been a Archviz professional since 1991, long term user of 3dsmax, now migrated over to Blender just because... I've been dealing with big giant architecture files with all kinds of material assignment anomalies, this makes the file organization alone worth the price. Not that this is not perfect, but to make it..."more perfect" lol...maybe add some procedural sidings and procedural bricks to it. That will be great. Thank you Andrew for making such a great product!

Great product for those of us who absolutely refuse to use the noodle mess that is nodes.
But one big problem is that every file I open requires me to register all over again. Including putting my password into Blender which I do not see as safe with the way Blender works. (Whole different topic)

I'm one of those users who have multiple start files and one problem is when I revert to defaults in Blender, I have to register this addon all over again.
That does not work well with speeding up my particular pipeline workflow.
The same happens if I open project files we have worked on in the past.

Despite all that, as far as the product goes with texturing and materials, it's definitely worth it. It lets you focus on your project without getting bogged down with unnecessarily complex backend noodles.

Too bad, the installation and registration process is long and tedious. And the library download time is endless. For the rest, the quality of the textures is suitable.
