This can be installed like most of Blender add-ons, as explained in this video:
Previous Blender versions, Previz, Storyboard and Studio editions
The advanced editions require a few more steps to be installed. Indeed they offer far more tools and then need to download some external Python dependencies in order to be fully functional.
