The function I was looking for. However, if it works in the same way as when the snap function is activated by pressing Ctrl, it seems that I can use it without difficulty when I first use it.

The idea is great though the implementation is not. The addon is not well thought through. Aside from many small problems like not taking in to account filters or not working during duplication of keyframes, not working with markers etc. The addon is hardly usable in low fps (I work in 12fps) because the max distance for which it is able to snap depends on Frame Rate value. In case of 12fps this value is 4 so the playhead jumps 4 frames max. Addon has no any options so you can't change anything. The communication with the developer is weird at its best. He is very defensive and takes everything as a personal insult. Won't buy anything from this developer.

You say: "He is very defensive and takes everything as a personal insult."

Meanwhile, this is the last thing you emailed me this morning: "You should get a professional help or take your pills as doctor prescribed."

I did the best I could to try and understand the issue you were having and help you. You kept insisting that I was offended. I kept trying to assure you I wasn't, even when you say blatantly offensive things like in the email you sent I mentioned above. I'm not sure it's clear to anyone reading this what your main complaint is, so I'll rephrase it so anyone who might want to avoid my product based on your review can do so.

So what he means by this:
"The addon is hardly usable in low fps (I work in 12fps) because the max distance for which it is able to snap depends on Frame Rate value. In case of 12fps this value is 4 so the playhead jumps 4 frames max."

Is that if in your scene property settings you have the FPS value set to 12, and you let the timeline go while holding shift to snap if you are more than four frames in front of the keyframe you wish the timeline to snap to, or four frames behind the keyframe you wish the timeline to snap to, the timeline will snap instead to the nearest second or half-second (as defined by the user's FPS setting) rather than snap to the keyframe (as is the advertised behavior of the add-on). This (room for error) snapping space value (4) increases the higher you have the FPS for the scene set so there is more room for error when releasing the timeline near a desired keyframe at a higher fps. So what he's saying, is that a distance of four frames in front or behind a keyframe is not enough room for error to position the timeline to snap to a desired keyframe when working at 12fps. Just wanted to make sure this was clear to anyone reading this.
