  So I bought and installed this addon in Blender 2.93 and it works wonders! Adobe which now owns Substance Designer is trying to make an addon for Blender to Substance transfers, but its a complete mess of bugs and the connection to the automation kit on their addon brakes very easily making the user lose the ability to edit their materials later on with ease, and it only updates the materials while on eevee, so you need to jump back and front from eeeve to cycles if you final render will be done in cycles.
  The compiling of the materials is also slow and unreliable, if you change a parameter you don't know if the addon really did something because i can hang from minutes at a time, while Xolotl's addon gives you an alert letting you know the addon is re baking a compiling the data, it also updates both in eevee and cycles at much greater speed.
  Both addons have a problem storing the parameters of the materials tho, so if this addon can do that at some point (you loose your parameters when you reload a file where you had a material, the textures that are created while you alter those parameters are saved, but you cannot edit them any more, and if you re load the sbsar the parameters get reseted to the default values, so you need to take a screen shot of you values so you can re create the material as it was after you tweaked the parameters) but Adobe's addon some times outright disconnects your material from the automation kit, so its way less stable, this is the only thing that I wish the addon could do that it seems it cannot do, tho if it can please let me know, as I might be doing something wrong.
  It Also features a gallery to see a preview of the sbsars you have on your library, so to summarize it's an entirely stronger alternative, and if you use Substance Designer and Blender on a professional capacity there is no contest as to which addon to use, support this developer he's made a really good product, and I hope he continues to maintain it :D

  I am rating this, mostly, on the price and the ui. Because substance themselves are still "thinking" about finding a "solution" for Blender users(we are still trash to the AAA...), solutions like these have a marketplace. For what it is worth, it's great. Esp for the price. But, don't believe that you will plugnplay(not that I thought as much) if you have spent a lot of time on your materials, you will have to recreate a lot of it again. The details in the maps are not(or I guess just simply cannot) be transfered, really.
  This is just the problem.
  But for the price and useability I don't think anyone is going to get any closer to this, at this moment in time.
  Substance works well with the bigger suites but just not with Blender.
  Get used to it, one day(one can only dream), this will all change.

  Dude this is awesome! blender went from having no substance integration, to having the best substance add-on compared to other 3d apps. Keep up the good work!

  i found a sort of workaround to the license issue, and talked deeply with both substance and blender devs about it :), they helped me figure out the major hurdles :)
