This Cycles material used for each nose is fairly straight forward. The vertex color ("col") is used as a color base for the diffuse color. The diffuse material is mixed with a glossy material using a Fresnel fall-off. This material was used for presentation purposes and wasn't made to create a realistic nose-look.Scene
