  Hello Maya, have you followed the tutorial video included? And did you unzip both files simultaneously with WinRAR? If you do this, there shouldn’t be any issues—both files at once with WinRAR.   Your interaction with us started by asking if you could export maps, and we responded that you have access to them in the add-on without any issue. I even shared a screenshot of them with you. Later, you requested additional screenshots, even though the information you asked for was already included in the previous message. You then reacted in an overly disproportionate manner, as though we had insulted you, We responded with the utmost courtesy, something that, in contrast, was not reciprocated from your side.

  I'm not sure if im using the addon wrong but as someone who uses Character Creator 4 i've experimented with different characters and this addon doesn't seem to work at all. (it makes the faces actually look less realistic) The discord seems to have changed or been taken down so i can't even ask anyone for advice.

  That said, let's try to resolve the issue here through the reviews, haha. It's likely that the problem arose because you imported your character in FBX format.   I downloaded both files, but I couldn't install the add-on. I couldn't even extract part 2. I tried following a video from another user who had the same issue, but it didn't work for me either.
  I was trying to go to the Discord channel but the link was not good.
  I hope someone can help me out with this.

  Looks cool but there's no documentation at all... not all people interested on this are skilled blender user, in my case I need for metahumans, I need to import my own textures and customize...If I create a new texture and baking my PC stuck at 0% I have an i9 and RTX 4090 for sure is my mistake but I need a tutorial!

  i do really have problem with install the addon ! i also write massage to the email and asked question here and no support yet one of the zips cant unzipit and other blender cant read it as zip :D ! and your youtube chneel miss that video to explain if anyproblem there as you write go to youtube and watch how to download atlest show the zips and stuff i got addon with part 1 and part 2 and both not working !
