Does it work well with EEVEE?

Yes, I have designed it for 2.80 and tested it with both Cycles and EEVEE. It also works with 2.79

Can I tweak it more?

Yes. In addition to the parameters I have exposed, you can edit the groups inside as you wish. I have organized that in many group nodes, but be careful, there are over 1000 nodes in total and it might be hard if you are not experienced with programming and/or procedural texturing.
