Unfortunately not, this is optimised for Cycles X only, and was made in mind for Blender 3.0 and above. The HDRi however can work in both Cycles and Eevee.
No, the lighting is all included in the studio, which means that no external lights are needed. Or, if you have bought the HDRi version, then you import that as the world environment!
Yes! All the pictures in the listing are all cameras that are pre-placed!

Contains 16K, 8K, 4K, 2K .exr files (360 HDRi set), and the 3D model as a .blend file with procedural materials and pre-placed cameras. HDRi's can be used in any 3D software, the .blend file for Blender 3.0+
