Is wParallax part of KIT OPS?
No. Kit Ops and wParallax are two separate products / companies. wParallax only creates KPACKS that work inside the Kit Ops plugin.
Does this product include EXR or PNG files?

Can I use this in other software (3ds max, cinema4d, unreal, etc)?
No. This product only includes the .blend files that are read by Kit Ops 2 Plugin.
It is possible to use EXR files with OSL script in 3ds max and cinema4d, and Unreal. However, as explained above, the EXR files are not included with this product, this is why the price difference for Blender Marketplace is much lower than the original product. If you are interested in EXR files, then there is an option to buy them for extra $15.
