Yes it does, just added a new set of textures as a separate download, good blending.
Can it be used for animation?
It's gonna need some work since the rigging is not finished in all pieces, but yes, you can.
The shaders worf on Eevee?
It was originally created for Cycles, but most of them should also work on eevee.
Can I use parts of it in my own projects?
Absolutely yes! Even commercially, all the textures were either made by me or shipped with a CC0, royalty free license.
