Toontilities - Toon Geometry Node Utility Generators Eevee/Free Style

How To Setup Each Utility Contents:

  • Water Bottle Generator
  • Condensation Generator
  • Road Generator
  • Christmas Light Generator

Water Bottle Generator:

Step1. Choose file from the top left and select append.



Step 2. Locate the Toontilities file provided by the downloads here on blendermarket after purchase.

Step 3. Double click the file, and locate the folder NodeTree. Now double click it.

Step 4. Select the following files, Bottle, Bottle Body's Shader, Bottle Cap's Shader. Now hit append.

Step 5. Create a random object, go to modifier tab, choose geometry nodes, set geo-node to Bottle.


Step 6. Adjust bottle parameters to your liking, shape, size, height, bumps, etc.


Condensation Generator:

Step1. Choose file from the top left and select append.


Step 2. Locate the Toontilities file provided by the downloads here on blendermarket after purchase.

Step 3. Double click the file, and locate the folder NodeTree. Now double click it.

Step 4. Select the following files, Droplets, Droplets Shader. Now hit append.

Step 5. Create a random object, or bottle, go to modifier tab, choose geometry nodes, set geo-node to Droplets.



Step 6. That's it, it's easy, and adjustable.


Road Generator:

Step1. Choose file from the top left and select append.


Step 2. Locate the Toontilities file provided by the downloads here on blendermarket after purchase.

Step 3. Double click the file, and locate the folder NodeTree. Now double click it.

Step 4. Select the following files, Road Node, Road Toon Material. Now hit append.

Step 5. Create a curve path, either draw one, or use added one.

Step 6. Go to modifier tab, choose geometry nodes, set geo-node to Road Node.



Step 7. Adjust the lines of the road in the material used, and adjust width in the modifier.


Christmas Light Generator:

Step1. Choose file from the top left and select append.


Step 2. Locate the Toontilities file provided by the downloads here on blendermarket after purchase.

Step 3. Double click the file, and locate the folder NodeTree. Now double click it.

Step 4. Select the following files, Light Wire Shader, Lights, Lights Outside Shader. Now hit append.

Step 5. Create a curve path, either draw one, or use added one.

Step 6. Go to modifier tab, choose geometry nodes, set geo-node to Lights.



Step 7. Adjust Parameters in modifier tab, change brightness in the material "Lights Inside Shader", and change the colors with "Lights Outside Shader"


Ornament 1 Generator:

Step1. Choose file from the top left and select append.



Step 2. Locate the Toontilities file provided by the downloads here on blendermarket after purchase.

Step 3. Double click the file, and locate the folder NodeTree. Now double click it.

Step 4. Select the following files, Sphere Ornament. Now hit append.

Step 5. Create a random object, go to modifier tab, choose geometry nodes, set geo-node to Sphere Ornament.


Step 6. Adjust bottle parameters to your liking, size, cap size, etc.


Ornament 2 Generator:

Step1. Choose file from the top left and select append.



Step 2. Locate the Toontilities file provided by the downloads here on blendermarket after purchase.

Step 3. Double click the file, and locate the folder NodeTree. Now double click it.

Step 4. Select the following files, Sphere Ornament Wobble. Now hit append.

Step 5. Create a random object, go to modifier tab, choose geometry nodes, set geo-node to Sphere Ornament Wobble.


Step 6. Adjust bottle parameters to your liking, size, cap size, etc.


***Ornament Shader Specifics***

The ornaments both come with 2 shaders, these can be duplicated for different ornament styles. 

The 2 being: Ornament Bulb Shader, and Ornament Cap Shader.

Ornament Bulb Shader: A shader that uses an inputted texture/pattern and color changes


Ornament Cap Shader: A simple metal shader with customizable gloss for the ornaments cap.



***Other Shader Specifics***

For other shaders, say road generator/bottle generator/condensation generator/christmas light generator, those can be changed within the custom shader nodes used as input in the geometry nodes.
