The Flower - Curl Noise Based Procedural Setup In Geometry Nodes
This is a Geometry Nodes based, spline displacement setup, utilizing the Curl of the noise field generated by the standard "Noise Texture" node.
In this example it is presented as an audioreactive system, but the rotation and displacement can be driven by any value or keyframe.
All in all, it not only reacts to your audio, but does it meandering trough the gentle spatial gradient of the curl field of the trusted Noise Texture node !

NOTE

The point of these setups is to provide a base core of the concept, node from node, instead of contracting all into node groups with exposed settings, which makes everything harder to read and dissect.
