  Awesome tool! The latest version is even more easier, The file is very clean and easy to understand. Thanks to the new video, I can now bake my mountains. I am looking forward to do even more beautiful terrains.

  I discovered this tool at the beginning of my blender journey and have used it for almost every project since. Would definitely recommend having Terrain Mixer in your tool belt.

  With this addon, I finaly found a way to generate realistic terrains directly within blender. I find the results a lot more realistic than any other tool i've tried right now. And I did some wrong manipulation with it and the problem was solve on the support discord server in no time. Keep up the good work Marko!

  You do have to read the instructions to get something out of this, but thus far this has been part of the answer I have been looking for to get some decent terrain. The results can be photo realistic. Tip to new users. Untick the locked properties for the terrain in the property tab. That way you can move it around, duplicate the terrain, and populate your scene with various terrain. Still working on baking and getting the same color, but I don't think I will be doing that. Will just unlock, duplicate, and rotate and mix parameters to build a 360 degree scene. Well done. I hope the fake sky becomes 360 in the future, and not just 180.

  Really great tool for people dont wanna delve into other complex terrain softwares.Ui is bit complex and needs much improvement but after an hour of tutorials you get the hang of it.Looking forward to future updates!!

  I Just bought Blender Terrain Mixer and I immediately started messing around (of course without getting too deep into explanations - I just unpacked everything where it should be) and... after less than hour I've got (my) eye pleasing render :). Probably i should wait with review until I'll learn more but... I just had to express my feelings - it's great!
  Now... I need to dive deep into explanations because I can see that there is much more to explore than initial messing around.
  Again - this is great!

  Loving Terrain Mixer, The ability to easily bake textures and height maps to use in eevee is a dream. Every update just keeps getting better. Hoping Blender release a version that allows it to run natively in eevee.

  Makes absolutely gorgeous terrains, even more impressive is how quickly you can make hundreds of different variations and styles... never ending amazement seeing what is produced when you adjust the node settings.

  Taken me some time to experiment and get comfortable with all the controls, glad the baking instructions were included and now that I understand the process it's actually extremely simple.

  Definitely recommended 5/5

  Thanks a lot, Nico. I will upload the new version (1.9) today. Now you'll have all the major terrain functions available as custom properties in the viewport. This will allow you to experiment a lot faster. I will also make a video to show how it works. A lot of new and exciting features are also on their way.
