Super Sprites
Super sprites is a 3d to 2d rendering setup.
It's intended to be used for creation of game sprites in pixel art style.
Create a 3d model, character and animations etc. Then choose the amount of directions for it to be rendered if you want a turntable effect or simply to speed up character animations.
You can export shadows, heightmap, normals and reflections as separate sprites, normally used for advanced sprite shading inside game engines like unity, unreal, godot or hexablo game engine.
It has been developed by Sebastian Nebaeus at spelkollektivet and is an part of an ongoing collaboration with Johan Lind, bringing the sprites intended for the shading system in hexablo engine.
There will be other versions and updates coming in the future as we experiment with advanced shaders in unity and hexablo.
Currently doesn't work on MAC.
