There are two diferent models in this file.

Each with a diferent polycount because the Full Body Model has the intimate parts modeled and it is located on the same Collection that the standard one.

Just select the "BODY" Collection - Open the rig "Armature Arzvel Female Model" - And choose between the "Arzvel Female Type CC" or "Arzvel Female Type CS" (selected by default).
