This is PBR sticky notes model. The file includes 9 models in real world scale (7.5cm x 7.5cm).

The product has 13830 polygons.

 It comes in following formats:

.dae

The blender file has the shaders set up, so it's ready to render using Cycles.

It also comes with set of 4K .png maps:
