In High Poly version (i) No. of vertices = 279605 (ii) No. of polygons = 278479

In Low Poly version (i) No. of vertices = 41458 (ii) No. of polygons = 41054  

There are three files attached :

(i) Low Poly Model with .obj extension to maximize compatibility with 3ds Max /Maya 

(i) Low Poly Model with .fbx extension to maximize compatibility with 3ds Max/Maya 

(ii)Original High Poly Model with .blend extension(you can convert it ti low poly by removing sub surf modifier)

All textures/images are packed in blend file.
