Sub-d info:

In terms of sub-d levels, the whole assembly (as you probably expect) was designed to fit several typical use case scenarios: level 1 (which is the state you see in the screnshots and is also the way the scene is shipped) is suitable for p1080 renders of the whole car (car model not included), lvl. 2 is what you would use for 4K renders and level 3 is there if you need tight close-ups. Turning off the subdiv modifier(s) is not advised for renders (you will see the jaggedness), and going above 3 is not necessary in 99% of cases.

Or .... you can adjust it any other way you see fit.

All the geometry, with very few exceptions, is closed up to resemble real world geometry. The exception are: the air valve, and the rubber cap on the caliper (since the model is not an exact replica of existing designs, the two models are somewhat simplified in order not to increase the poly count unnecessarily).

The tyre also doesn't have the inside faces (but, if there is enough interest for the inner part of the tyre geometry, I'll add it to the existing model and it will be a free update).

UVW details:

The UV layout on all models is "generic / reasonable" (properly oriented, evenly-spaced & neatly-packed), ready forĀ  texture painting in Blender or a specialized app (if required). The tyre model, however, has two layouts: one focuses solely on the the sidewals, which are unwrapped to a simple rectangular shape (both sidewalls use the same coordinates) and this is probably what most of us are looking for with a tyre model, and the layout enables you to easily swap my generic branding textures with your own rectangular maps in one step - in case you don't like them or you just prefer to use your existing maps) and the other layout is "generic" (same as the other models).

The front and back faces on the caliper are unwrapped so that the decal can be easily applied and the same goes for the lug nuts and the wheel cap (you can easily spot these areas in the UV editor, but there are aditional 8K tamplates for these three models, to make things easier for you)

Misc:

As already mentioned, since the models are not replicas (only inspired by various designs), apart from not going into too much detail on small objects, generic brand names are used instead of the ones we all actually recognize.
