This is PBR shell chair. The file includes a model in real world scale (72cm x 62cm x 85cm).

The product has 12312 polygons.

It comes in the following formats:
.blend
.fbx
.obj
.dae
.gltf

The blender file has the shaders set up, so it's ready to render using Cycles.
It also comes with set of 4K .png maps:
base color
roughness
ambient occlusion
normal
metallic
For performance reasons the GLTF format has 2K JPG textures without ambient occlusion.
