    Overall very nice, but a) The grass is not very realistic, and b) While it says it's for 3.1, the objects are arranged into groups, not collections, and groups are not supported by 3.1. So, I removed the particle systems, and moved the sections into collections for hassle free appending. Once having accomplished that, I am pretty happy with it. The modular units line up well. Materials and modelling are good. Scale seems good.
