Awesome and easy to use. Would be good to control general rock placement ie more on edge or centre of river for example using probability. Also increasing the size of rocks doesn’t seem to increase foam generation. Looking forward to seeing this tool grow hence the 5 stars for potential.

Amazing for what it does! Super easy to use and versatile, I appreciate the ability to be able to change the river and foam colors.

Very easy to use. Could be improved. If we could play on the transparency of the water or on the parameters of the foam for example, but it's really very good!

I'm gonna have to make a tutorial on this

Really inventive, surprising, and thought provoking exemplar of what geometry nodes can do.

The add on is quite easy to use, I had some consufused and got very enthusiastic support. Hopefully in the future the add on will improve more features such as: customizing foam, being able to stack rocks on both sides of the river but not in the middle of the river, the height of the waves, scale to the width so that the stream becomes a river without the terrain being intersected,...

Very clever. As it is now, it's kind of basic and you have to append and kind of figure stuff out for yourself -but for a version 1.0 it's pretty neat and I hope the dev will continue improving on it. For now it's a great little river starter kit. The shader is very impressive, generating foam automatically from the edges and around the rocks, and will even just about run in real time in the viewport.
You need to have both the curve and the terrain with their respective modifiers active for the river to work, but if you enable the curve on the terrain mod you end up with two rivers. But do this and disable the curve visibilty, and you get a river that automatically conforms to your mesh- though the river mesh intersects the terrain in places. I assume this function is a work in progress, which hopefully will get fixed as it seems more logical. Perhaps introducing a way to automatically indent the underlying terrain would sort that out?
There is enormous potential for this to be expanded into a true addon. With a dedicated interface, automatic conformation and indentation to the terrain, and greater ability to customise the incidence of foam and where the rocks appear- and of course detailed documentation- this could be a truly fantastic environment tool and easily worth double the price.
