  Hey! It does work;) I just double checked. In general, if the mesh has UVs this tool will work.

  Perhaps you exported a mesh from CLO without UVs - there's a checkbox for that in export settings. Other reason could be that the imported mesh has a different UV map name. Here's explanation regarding it https://nodesinteractive.com/retopo-planes-3dtopatterns/

  This is one of the best addons I've bought on Blender Market. It is super straight forward and works amazingly well. I'm actually blown away by how fast I was able to retopo a custom garment. Amazing!

  This has been invaluable for custom clothing work! Meshes and UVs are a mess coming from other programs like Audaces Fashion Studio, but this is an absolute essential asset in fixing those meshes and making them clean for production work. Highly recommended!

  JUST AMAZING!!! i take many addons for retopo, these is the one hos make the complex uv. And the creator have one support perfect!!! Is not five star..is 10 stars

  Enjoying the add-on very much so far. Answer to my prayers when it comes to cloth retopology. Very glad to see updates being made.

  It's absolutely incredible, i was reluctant to try it due to the fairly high price tag, but after trying it i have to say it's totally worth it. It's not only useful for models from marvelous designer, it can be very well an awesome tool for retopologise anything really if the UV is decent.
  only problem as for now (version 1.0.0) is that it doesn't do well SOME shapes that are closed but have holes in it, like for exhample a torus which is not too big of a deal as there are workaround.

  overall it's a great tool and i highly recommend it (what i do hope is for this addon to be mantained well but only time will tell)

  New and super helpful tool! Can take its time, but using chat gpt to generate bounding box svgs , that then can be imported and converted to planes sped up the process heaps. Well worth looking into :)
