Overall this is a beautiful model. The textures opened up great in Blender 3.1.2. The attention to detail is superb. My only caveat is the lighting. All of the lights are named "point light.XXX" and they all use IES files that are not included in the model (they refer to external files on the F: drive) As a result, the first time you render a scene it will appear WAY over exposed. The solution is simple though:
    1) I created folders for, and renamed the lights to "Area Light", "Ceiling Light" and "Rattan Light" so I could more easily control the lighting.
    2) Go to https://ieslibrary.com/ and download some .ies files with the lighting you are looking for. If you are unfamiliar with the concept of lumens and wattage in the lighting world, now is a great time to get acquainted with them!

"I set all of the Area Lights" to use the 884 lumen 10 watt light: https://ieslibrary.com/en/browse#ies-0118f5f48d259f005b568eb221f94771
However, for my needs they were still too bright so I eventually just turned them all off (they are really just fill lights anyway, great for setting mood but not needed for my particular shot)

I set all of the Ceiling Light (with the white ceramic shroud) to the 940 lumen 14 watt light: https://ieslibrary.com/en/browse#ies-01dac7d6c646814dcda6780e7b7b4566

Lastly, I set the Rattan Lamps to the 884 lumen 10 watt light: https://ieslibrary.com/en/browse#ies-0118f5f48d259f005b568eb221f94771

I'm very happy with the results! Serious kudos to IC Designs for creating this model.
