From Telescope.blend link/append the group 'Reflector_Telescope'.  Once in your scene, it is a simple case of moving it into position and posing. For more information (if you are interested and/or curious) on how a telescope is properly setup for the real world. There is plenty of interesting videos on Youtube explaining how to do it.  Search for 'How to set up and equatorial mount telescope' and pick one of the many videos. :D Due to the drivers for the Subdivision Property, you may need to tick 'Auto Run Python Scripts' before importing the model.  This option can be found File>User Preferences>File>Auto Execution.
