To import into your scene, go to File > Append, navigate to the .blend files folder, open the file, enter the "Group" folder, and then double-click on the group's name to append it.

You can also select it and copy it using CTRL+C and in your scene press CTRL+V.

Please note that this scene contains textures that cannot be redistributed.
