HIGH DETAILED TEXTURES

all scans come with very detailed textures. when the average is a 16K resolution (32K since V1.2) , you could pick various models with up to six 8K textures for insane details. lowpoly roads are coming with 12-16K textures. environment assets & decals have  4K textures in the blend file, if you need 12-16K please load "environment HQ textures" seperate.

textures are further optimized JPG's to decrease file size and increase details for a better workflow.

LOWPOLY VERSIONS

all scans are available as lowpoly models with diffuse and normal texture to increase performance and game usage.

WHY SHOULD I BUY THIS?

if you are an 3D artist with focus on realism, scans are the best way to achieve this. but most scanned ground textures are clean and often come in an tilabe 2x2meter version. with the "real life assets" pack you get things as they are: dirty, overgrown, patched and maybe with a cigarette here and there. all this with the benefit of having a long street or path without repetitive pattern makes this pack the ultimate little helper to create your environment.
