"Real Cable Generator" is, as the name suggests, an add-on that allows you to quickly create real cables with just a few clicks.

It is based on the geometric node, but does not require any prior understanding of geometric nodes.

This tool is user-friendly and efficient, saving you time and freeing up your creativity to focus on other aspects of your project. With this handy solution, you'll be able to progress with confidence in designing custom elements while maintaining control over important details such as connection.

This instrument goes beyond its original purpose of making cables only; this also extends to the design of objects such as "wicker", in addition to hard surfaces.

INSTRUCTION :

After installing the addon, you can see it in the right 3D view panel:

( First and foremost, you need to select a curve or an object in your 3D space ).

You can see that there are two possible options:

• Cable curve: Replace "Curve" by "Cable".
• Canle Object: Replace "Object" with "Cable".
• Convert : Allows you to convert your final cable into mesh or another option.
  

After clicking on one of the buttons, you can choose several options

To add objects, you just have to click on this option: 

To change shader material you need to go to modifier properties

Nb: By default, the materials automatically change the random color of the cable.
