More people need to know about this addon! It successfully has most of Substance Painter's features inside of Blender! I've tried all of the texturing addons and this one is by far the quickest workflow and feature complete! Layers, mask, procedural node groups as layers, baking maps and more! Its also super stable and polished, without a single technical issue yet

With Ravage + BakeTool + Mask Tools, I've officially cancelled my Substance subscription

actually its one of the very best addons i ever bought for blender, almost its a production class addon!!
consistent tools and stable performance, and the developer is very friendly and active and nice listener
it seems we very soon will not be forced to leave blender to baking or texturing

This addon is freaking amazing, seriously. If you're in the position where you want to take texturing inside of blender to the next level but dont want to pay the RIDICULOUS price of substance AND don't want to deal with more dumb quirks of a completely new workflow, get this thing. It's so worth it.
The UI is clean and simple as f*ck. The layering is exactly as you'd expect from a texture editing program. The "smart" textures are very impressive and seem to work great as a substance alternative (FYI, I've only watch a few videos of substance). The documentation and youtube videos are extremely solid. The features are incredibly extensive and there are tooltips!
The only trouble I had was trying to use asset ninja with Ravage. I hopped on discord and asked for help and the creator helped very quickly. If you're struggling with material paths and asset ninja: I suggest you set your material path to "/Documents/Asset Ninja." Otherwise, I've had no issues! On top of that: there's a ONE CLICK EXPORT. Finally! Hook this bad boy up with Bake Wrangler and let the wrist pain melt away.
Oh, also, did I mention it's performant and stable as f*ck? I can't believe it's only 40 dollars. Really, don't hesitate on this. Please support this creator and give it a shot rather than being gouged by adobe. Buy this yesterday.

I have already left detailed comments on the Youtube series you have, but I came back to say I got my previews to show, it was my own error. I will be grabbing another license for my other PC, this add-on is simply amazing, it makes texturing so much more fun, Blender was never "fun" when it came to non-procedural textures for me, I was looking for a substance painter alternative and I found it, simply an amazing add-on and probably my favorite to use and play around with, its incredibly stable. This is an important note, all the other alternative Blender add-ons I spent months researching and trying and they all have stability issues, and odd UI quirks. Ravage as an intelligent easy to use UI, I was up and running in about 20 minutes, and it has NEVER crashed blender for me, use it pretty much daily now. And there are some great tips on the Youtube channel on how to reduce the load on your machine with working with high res textures. Would it be possible to add an additional tag for preview thumbnails, such as "render", I recently added a library I purchased, and all of their previews unfortunately don't have the word "preview" in the thumbnails, I can of course edit their names but was curious if that was possible.

This addon is incredible. I can already tell it's going to be a staple in my workflow. I was up and running comfortably within 20 minutes. The UI is very well thought out, and I really feel like this unlocks a lot of the texturing potential hidden inside Blender by making the workflow much easier to wrap your head around. Baking is SO much easier now too. It's also been very stable - I haven't had any crashes while using the addon so far. Can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you!

This is amazing. I feel like when I learn how to fully use Ravage, I can get great quality textures. It took me a little to get used to using it. I am bad with instructions. But I do hope there will be more tutorials soon.
