Quick Soft Body it's an addon that allows you to create soft body simulation and save your time by using soft body presets ready to be applied on a 3D object.

1) Create a collision object such as a plane and make it "collision" in the physics tab.

2) Select your object.

3) Go to the layout panel "N" tab and click on Quick Soft Body tab, then you will see the Soft Body Presets "Soft Body Ball" and "Jelly"

The most important parameters are available on the screen to modify your soft body simulation as you wish, there are also a Bake and Delete Bake simulation buttons, all at hand within the same panel.
