TL;DR: cool idea but the parameter adjustment labels will leave you scratching your head.

The idea of this add-on is very appealing, but there are a few things that result in my 3-star rating. First off, let's start with the aspects that I really like:

    1. price is pretty good
    2. easy to use
    3. nice interface*
    4. nice results
    5. convenient to have the world settings in the add-on tab.
[6: If you change your mind about what terrain you want it will just swap out the one you have selected for the new one (meaning you don't have to delete first)]

Now for the issues I have, from my personal perspective:

    1. DESCRIPTION: There is a BIT of "false adverstising going on here it feels like. In the description for the product it says " 7 Terrain presets: Desert, Ice Land, Wet Land, Desert Water, Ice Waters, Mountain, and Tundra." Okay so yes, there are seven thumbnail images that pop out as choices, but 2 of those are not really different biomes, they are just "geometry (node) terrain" or "displacement map". In reality I would advertise this as having 3 core biomes: maritime (ocean side), desert, and arctic (tundra), with the ability to have each with or without water.

*2. INTERFACE: The interface options are very frustrating. The developer promotes "playing around" in the video and text descriptions of the add-on, however some of us like to know what the parameter is actually doing when adjusting it. There is a lot of "playing" just to figure out what stuff does, but even then you are still sometimes scratching your head, AND you are then left to try and REMEMBER what the thing does. So for example a label will say "rocks" or "mountains" but doesn't really do what you would expect it to with that label. Or even worse "value" or "factor" and to me those should be labeled with a descriptive word for the aspect it is adjusting. Also in some of the selected terrains certain adjustments do nothing at all. All in all it leads to what I deem a frustrating user experience.

    3. SIZING: The default size that every terrain seems to come in at is strangely small to me. 2 meters! Yes, we can size it up I guess, but if you do and APPLY scale, it borks everything and all the settings values are messy.

Convenient, easy to use tool for a very reasonable price. However, minus one star for claiming there is a fog control in the World settings (there is none that I can see), and minus one star for not responding to support requests, neither here nor on the creator's Discord channel.
