Quick HDRI is an add-on for Blender that helps you quickly load and test HDRI images.

• Option to change the folder: Flexibly change the directory where your HDR images are stored, enabling you to organize and access different sets of images as required.

• Scroll through images: Seamlessly scroll through your HDR images to find the perfect one for your project, enhancing your workflow efficiency.

• Create your list of favorite folders: Save and manage a list of frequently used folders, making it easier to access your most important HDR images without repetitive navigation.

• Configure world nodes: Customize the world settings in Blender by configuring the nodes associated with the HDR images, allowing for precise control over the environment lighting.

• Recursive file search: Perform a thorough search through all subfolders within a selected directory, ensuring you can find and use any HDR image, regardless of its location.

• Automatic projection (Mirror Ball/Equiangular): Automatically set the projection type of HDR images to Mirror Ball or Equiangular, simplifying the process of integrating them into your scene.

• Automatic cleanup of images (removing unused images): Automatically identify and remove HDR images that are not being used in your project, helping to keep your workspace clean and organized.

• Change the background without affecting lighting: Modify the background image independently of the lighting settings, allowing for creative flexibility without impacting the scene’s illumination.

How to Install

Copy this Python file into your Blender Script Add-on folder.

In Blender, activate the add-on or install it using the zip file.

Set your HDRI map path within the add-on to easily create world nodes with texture.
