         SET WIND ANIMATION

                  1. The poppies :

The poppy used the power of softBody to interact with wind. There is a low poly cage wich have the soft body setting. The poppy is bind to this cage with a mesh deform modifiers. The wind is animated from two places : 11

To change the setting select the wind and open a graph editor window

The z rotation and the strength use modifiers to generate the animation curve 12

2. Wheats and daisies

Wheats and daisies use simple deform modifier to fake wind animation. 13

        3. For the grass

There is no animation setted for the grass. If you want wind animation follow these steps :

                  a. Select your ground and hide unnecessary modifiers (daisies, poppies, wheats)

14

                b. Add a force field wind

By pressing shift + a / Force Field / Texture 15

          c. In the force field panel add a new texture 16

The last you need to key is to put keyframe on the wind empty and your done !

    BAKE WIND ANIMATION

In order to avoid some bug I advice you to alway bake animation. I choose a pc2 external bake, this way if you change wind animation the only thing your have to do is to bake again (and replace pc2 cache). To export pc2 cache again follow these steps :

     1. Select the mesh you want to bake

17

    2. Enable the «Export Point Cache Format» addon

In the user preferences in the addon panel write «pc2» in the search bar and check the addon 18

     3. Go to file/export/Pointcache
