  This is a great asset to own, given the price, there are over 350 shaders which are pretty simple to work with, an adjustment to scale, and a minor shift with location in the mapping node (this is most common with any tile pattern to center them on a floor space) and that's it. There is a nice assortment of assets to help you along the way in your project, and the developer is responsive should you require help.
