Does it use a PBR setup?
No, textures are procedural and the specularity is driven by a formula. If you badly need it, you can however bake individual maps except the specular one, then create it from the diffuse map with an external program
Can I use it in game engines?
Yes! Geometry is very clean and the models look good even at low subdivisions. You will not get the materials however, and if you want to use a PBR setup you have to bake maps yourself (and use a workaround for specularity)
