This is a procedural modern residential building that you can personalize just by simply tweaking parameters inside the modifiers tab.

Determine the height, the length, the width of the building...

Then turn the lights on and off and animate them.

You can also choose the amount of wall props, add dirt, fire escapes, roof elements...
Play with the 21 available parameters to create an infinite variety of similar buildings.

Finally, if you want, you can convert the geometry node based building to a mesh (as explained in the documentation page)

The scale of the scaffolding is 1:3. If you want it real world scale just resize it by a factor of 3.
