Introduction

A chest of drawers with decorative pine wood knobs, for a master suite as well as the living room or home study. Features 3 wide and deep drawers with matt blue and white fronts. The chest is a complementary accent piece for Scandinavian, modern and natural home decors.

The model was created in Blender 2.82 and the renders were done using Cycles.

Textures are PBR with Colour, Roughness, Specular, Metallic and Normal Maps at 1k, 2k and 4k resolutions.

The product is available as .obj and .fbx files and as a Blend file.

Included in the .obj and .fbx is the chest only. See below for Blender File information.

Object Info

The chest has been UV unwrapped with some overlapping islands.

The chest's origin is at floor level in the centre of the object footprint.

The chest is separated into 4 objects, the chest itself and the 3 drawers. This is to allow for easy movement to open and close the drawers.  There are 4 materials, 1 for the chest and 1 for the blue drawers with wood handles, 1 for the blue drawers with painted white handles and 1 for the white drawers with wood handles. The drawers materials can be mixed and matched to any of 27 combinations of the 3 colours over the 3 drawers (4 combinations are shown in the renders.)

The chest contains – 70,488 verts     and     72,136     polygons

Blender File

The Blend file includes the Chest, background, lights and camera, but, to reduce the Blend file size and avoid redundancy, only the 4k material textures. The 1k and 2k textures can be found in the Textures folder.
