Loopable Noise
This is a simple node setup where you can have a loopable noise texture. I created this setup because I wanted to make a loopable animation with a river. But I struggled to make it perfectly loopable because the noise texture never lined up. So I’ve created this node setup. You have the same controls as the normal noise texture, but now with an extra slider for the frame range where the noise should loop. Also, I’ve added a contrast slider and a strength slider. So overall, it’s a noise texture, but it's way better and has more options. You can even combine multiple noses for more advanced results.
Controls:
LoopFrames: Frame range where the noise will loop.
NoiseSpeed: Speed of the animated noise.
Seed: Random patron.
Brightness: Brightness of the noise.
Contrast: Contrast of the noise.
Size: Size of the noise.
Detail: Detail of the noise.
How to add it to my default Blender?
Simply open the ‘’Loopable_Noise’’ file
go to ‘’File - Defaults - Save Startup File
-
Press ok
That’s all!
