Leather Recliner Chair
About The Model
Leather Recliner Chair 3D model that I made using Blender. It is made from several materials that were then baked into PBR textures. It uses a leather material for the body and metallic materials, silver and black, for the handle on the side of the model and the mechanism underneath. It also makes use of a normal map which adds detail to the leather as well as stitching without adding extra geometry.
Lighting and Rendering
In the included blend file the model has each of its textures/materials pre-applied and uses lighting from the included HDRi map. The blend file opens in the shader editor view with a camera selected so you can start rendering right away. It also allows you to see the node and material setup for the model. Included are rendered images using the Cycles engine in Blender as well as Raster and Ray Tracing using Marmoset Toolbag.
Textures and UV Mapping
This model uses 4K PBR textures in PNG format which can be scaled down and edited. There are overlapping UVs on the mechanism that is found underneath the model to save texture space. The model has been manually UV unwrapped and seams have been manually marked as well. This model was made using the metalness workflow and the Cycles engine in Blender.
File Exports
This model has been exported in FBX, OBJ, GLTF, and DAE/Collada file formats as well as the native blend file.
See the documentation for a summary of features. A help file is included with more information.
