Models are based/derived from elabo kitchen knives set, although I made it a bit more generic. However all knife dimensions and proportions are accurate. 

Materials are assigned also to all distinct parts, adjustments should be easy.

whole scene has 100K poly this is for 5 knives outside and same 5 knives in the stand. Handles are quad-based, blades are not. Stand with knives are parented in hierarchical manner so adjustments to how knives are positioned in stand are possible.
