Japanese Modern House - Tyo-Fs02
This is a complex model of a modern Japanese house, consisting of many assets. All scales of objects are as close as possible to real ones and small changes were made to better optimize the model in 3D packages and engines.

- Modeled in Blender.
- Textured in Marmoset Toolbag and Substance Painter.
- Texture sets quality - 2048/1024/512.
- There are plans to add a version for the Unreal Engine in the future - stay tuned.
- For the curtain material, a free texture (CC0 license) from the Hippopx website was used.
- When creating some of the materials, free textures (CC0 license) from the PolyHaven website were used.
- The light bulb model along with textures (CC0 license) was downloaded from the PolyHaven website.
- Some parts of the model use AO maps for the second UV channel. These
materials are marked with the suffix '_TYOFS02', and additional AO maps
are located in the folder 'AO_Maps_for_2nd_UVMap'.
