Please note, as the mesh frame and door are single objects, you may see parts of the UV overlap if you select all faces in edit mode. It is recommended that if you need to make significant edits to the material textures that the fittings are separated from the door and frame mesh (this will give you two non-overlapping UV layouts, one for the wooden frame and door with sound proofing foam and screw covers, and a second layout for the metal parts - handles, screws, etc.).
To open and close the door simply rotate the door around the z-axis (global).
The glass windows are parented to the door; the texture provided is a royalty free texture (all rights reserved by the original creator).
