Is it compatible with other addons?

Ignite is compatible with any fire shader, like True Fire, Khaos, Advanced fire Pro, Wisp etc.  It does not add value to assets like precomputed explosion VDB's.

Does it work with Eevee?

Yes, you can use Ignite for both the flame simulation and dynamic shaders in Eevee. The second being supported since Blender 3.0 and above.
