This is a molded "bucket" seat with a four point harness and floor mounting base that has enough room to scale up or down to adjust for vehicle head/floor space. 
Saved in .blend format with all procedural textures applied, so you don't have to unwrap or chase up any image textures (unless you want to). Just scale it to size and drop it in there.
Being symmetrically modeled, you can also copy and paste for a second passenger seat.
