  The tool is working great for my needs using an input mp4 file. I haven't yet tested any other features of the tool except using the feature in the Properties window to generate gifs from a video file. Initially I did run into a few issues using a Mac, but the creator was very active in getting the issues I experienced resolved.

  I almost gave up on making Gifs in Blender until I found this addon. I set a few things and click "RENDER" GIF and that's really it, so easy
