How do I use an asset library in Blender 3D?
1. Safe this asset library blender file somewhere on your hard drive.

2. Open your blender project where you want to use the traffic signs.

3. Open the preferences:

4. Go to the File-Paths-Tab:

5. Click the Plus-Icon under Asset Libraries and navigate to the folder where this asset library is located at:

6. In your Blender Interface open the Asset Browser:

7. Select the Traffic Sign Library from the dropdown:

8. The Traffic Sign Asset will show up so you can browse through them:

9. Choose your desired import type (in most use cases Append (Reuse Data) is fine):

10. Drag and Drop the traffic signs into your scene:

11. Optional if you want to edit the traffic sign (for example to change to the night shader): Select the traffic sign in your scene, press Spacebar and type: "make instance real":

How do I change to the night shader of a traffic sign?

1. Drag and drop the traffic sign into your scene.

2. Select the traffic sign.

3. Press spacebar and type "make instance real":

Now you can edit all meshes, materials, ... but the objects relationships are not being carried over (more information: https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/scene_layout/object/properties/instancing/collection.html#making-an-instanced-collection-real).

4. Select the sign object of the traffic sign (has "Front" in its name).

5. Go into the shader editor and connect the Mix Shader from the "Use in Darkness"-Frame to the Material Output:
