There is an empty called Game_Building above the geometry that everything is parented to for moving the building around. This building has no lights set up for night scenes, but it does have rudimentary interior spaces so adding a few lights or light objects to the interior would look great. Some textures from cgtextures.com were used, but modified from the original version.
