What is New to Flipbook 3D v0.2?

Introducing New Effects:

Flipbook 3d addon is now providing you with 6 brand new effects which you can use to video to have a cool result for your flipbook. Fully customization is available for the effects.

1. Posterize

2. Scanlines

3. Vignette

4. Halftone Circles

5. Night Vision

6. Comic

For now, we have only 6 effects and in future updates, we will have more. Enjoy adding effects to your flipbook.

Error Fixes:

The errors, bugs, and not working things are removed and this time we have tested the complete addon before launching this update. We are sure that you will not get any errors once Flipbook 3d 0.2 is released.

Add Music:

Now, you are able to add background music to your flipbook video in the same place. I hope you would like this add music button to this update. Real-time music playing and will start from 0 frames.

Upload Background:

Add a background to your flipbook output video file and customize it with scale values placed there. Use your favorite background for your flipbook and try changing it.

What is Flipbook 3D Addon?

The flipbook 3d add-on is the first add-on for creating flipbooks inside Blender within 2 mins. Creating animated books or flipbooks takes too long in the real life, that’s why this template will help you create flipbooks of your choice within 2 min. 

If this flipbook add-on is the first add-on for flipbooks then it would probably be difficult to install this add-on.

Installation Guide

The installation of Flipbook 3D v0.1 is the same as the 0.0 version, follow these steps and also follow the screenshots.

1. Click on the edit at the top-right corner and go to preference, select add-ons on the right side, and click to install.

2. Then, find your Flipbook 3D zip file and click on install Add-on, you are done.

3. It will automatically enable the add-on, and you can explore it by clicking on the little drop icon

4. At the last, you need to save the preference so, you don’t need to do it again. 

How to use Addon for creating Flipbooks:

Once you installed Flipbook 3d you need to follow the following steps to create your flipbook.

1. Save the blender file to your disk for getting started.

2. Reset the file to get rid of everything and to start the addon

3. Upload your video if you have reseted the file

4. Select and add any effect from the effect icon add it.

5. Set the output image to 200 or 400

6. Render it and it will make a new folder to your blender file saved directory

7. Now select any flipbook either 200 pages or 400 pages and simply append it your scene if you already have reseted the file again

8. Update the pages it will bring all the images you rendered earlier

9. Upload your desired background to your flipbook

10. Add music to the video 

11. Name the output file name 

12. Render it.
