What is the minimum required Desktop-Resolution to use the Blenderbar?

To use the Blenderbar as it comes, you should be direction 2K. Normal HD is not sufficient because the Buttons take more Space.
If you make your own Buttons- possibly less - maybe only 10 Buttons per Layer, any resolution should be sufficient.

Will there be updates?

Yes there will be updates. But mostly about the Buttons. The Blenderbar is now nearly feature-complete as it is. If you have interesting Scripts for Buttons, send them to me, so they can become Part in the next update.

For the next Updates i think of some Alignment Function. 

How can I compile the included Source-Code myself?

You can go to Home of Smart Package Robot buy a licence and you are ready to go. The complete and most actual Sourcecode is included in the Distribution. 

Using the SPR you can make such "Buttonbars" also for other Programs that you use often.

What do I do in case of errors?

1. Check the Python-Console is at the right Place and large enough. 

2. Check that you have pressed the "Add Library"-Button.

If you experience that the AddOn can NOT type into Blender (it beeps but no text appears), then Blender was started with higher rights (Admin-Rights?). 

Or there is Security-Software involved?

In such case Windows-Security prevents the communication. Maybe try to get Blender started using Blenderbar. Or just start Blenderbar also with Admin-Rights.
