The new release 2.5 fixes the msg error, but the result of remesh is nothing or a little mess of polygons in some place of my mesh. Are you could fix that?

I have updated DynRemesh to v2.5 and should avoid any issues to recent 2.8 builds. Thanks for letting me know!
For my first time buying an addon on blendermarket this is definitely a nightmare, using MacOS 10.14.4 & blender v2.80.64 (latest build), and this addon is NOT WORKING !! most of these developers only try their addon on PC, please how can i get my money back.

I have updated the addon. Sorry for the inconvenience!
I recently bought this addon and I have no complaints about it in version 2.79
Unless you can experience some errors in 2.80 but you know it´s still beta version. so obviously there can occur some issues. Otherwise if it works properly it´s awesome, many options you can set and it´s pretty quick. I can only recommend it.
Thank you dude for your great job :-))

Thanks for your feedback! I'm glad you like it. & yes there are changes being made every other day which can break some add-ons, I am currently updating it right now, so I will send out updates soon. I will message everyone once it is up and ready.
Seems good in theory... happy to change my rating... but I'm not even able to retopo a simple UV sphere in v2.80.47. Getting this error every time:

Please make sure you have the latest 2.8 build. There are changes every other day being made since 2.8 is still in beta. Also, in your orders, make sure you have the latest DynRemesh update. I put the date next to the recent updates. Thanks for letting me know!
Thank you for your quick and polite response:)
The add on is simple and easy to use.
I think great add on.

No problem! Thank you.
Great addon. I've used it on a few of my models i've created with photogrammetry, and it works great. If you plan to create some low poly models for game engines, this is the tool for it. Thanx! ;)

I'm happy it helps! Let me know if you ever run into any issues. Thanks for your support 👍🏻
Does not work as advertised:
In the screenshots I see a topology that doesn't have much 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 poles.
I tested out nearly hundred of times, and always got loads of poles.
tried:
- Same density of mesh as shown in the screenshots
- Same settings as shown on screenshots.
- Tried several blender 2.80 builds, also with factory settings
- Tried with meshes that has curvature everyhwere (no flat faces)
So doesn't work as advertised.

Hey Robert,
I believe I contacted you about the issue being fixed once I upload the new version. I will let you know when it is ready, thanks for your feedback!
Been now couple months in heavy use. Getting nice and tidy quad, medium poly meshes from my heavy high poly tri sculpts. Good at keeping original shape, not noticing any unwanted, heavy deformation :) Really awesome!

I will be releasing v2 within this week. Thanks for the feedback!
It's not quick (but that's a Python issue) however, it's well worth the wait (which may be in terms of minutes) to convert ugly 3D scan topo into something you can actually work with!
I'd like to see a more detailed examination of the parameters in the documentation - because I'd like to hit a reasonable sweet-spot before I hit the remesh button and sit chewing my fingers down to the bone though. :)
This really is a cracking piece of software worth every last thin dime of the very reasonable asking price. Aleberto has done the Blender community a real favour with this. Honestly this should be included as standard but they guy deserves recompense for his work. Well done and I look forward to seeing future revisions.

Hey Marc
Thanks for your feedback! I am working on improving the speed, so I hope to include multi-threaded execution. I will update documentation once I get v2.0 ready so I can Include updated features. You can follow latest development on my twitter @AFX_LAB
