Downtown - City Pack V1.3
Generate complex city areas faster!
This pack will let you quickly and easily create a downtown City area! The pack is largely procedural, which gives you complete artistic control in all aspects. It contains 6 procedural modular buildings, traffic lights, and other small city assets, making your life easier and saving you days or weeks of work.
The pack includes procedural buildings, streetlight variants and signposts, sidewalks, and other small props. They are easy to use, flexible, and have many features that can be modified anytime after generation.
You can modify a lot of parameters from the geometry node-based buildings, such as air conditioners, fire escapes, number of floors (height, length, and width), rooftop props, animated flags, animated banners, awnings, etc. You can also adjust the color of the brick or concrete of the building, the awning, flag, and banner type.
The ground floor and windows of all the buildings Use the osl/parallax effect behind the glass to add realism and depth during the day and night.
What you will get:
- 6 procedural buildings.
- Streetlight and traffic light variations and a signpost.
- Over 50 small city props to fill your scene.
- Procedural sidewalk.
Streetlight Lighting and Controls
Flexible streetlights and street posts with animatable lighting, and offsets (change in Z location and rotation), and you could also enable or disable various components to create the streetlights of your preference.
Pre-baked Cloth Simulation
Flags and banners have a pre-baked wind simulation effect to add life and realism to the skyscrapers.
A lot of variation with few meshes
Multiple parameters in the generator allow you to get infinite variations of the building from a single mesh. You can modify variations of fire escapes, flags, banners, window blinds, building textures, awnings, air conditioners, the type of wall to be generated, and many other options in the geometry nodes modifier.
The ability to disable the groundfloor module is a new geometry node feature that allows combination of multiple styles of buildings onto each other.
Easy Lighting Controls
Seamlessly Switch between day and night scenes by adjusting the lighting(Including light temperature) and window blinds probability(Now deleted per instance for more variation).
Procedural Sidewalks!
Procedural sidewalks are fully integrated with geometry node parameters.
All objects are marked as assets.
The materials and polycount are well-optimized, so you should expect smooth viewport performance even on a slow PC.
